The Zimbabwe Student Society (ZSS) is the sole legally recognised representative board of Zimbabwean students at Eastern Mediterranean University in TRNC. Its main purpose is to directly link the students with the University through the International office.The Zimbabwe Student Society (ZSS )is also responsible for promoting peaceful coexistence amongst all Zimbabwean Students.

Administration

The committe is responsible for the day to day operations of the society,upholding and defending the constitutional objectives of Zimbabwe Student Society (ZSS) and represent the views of society to the school or any authority within or outside TRNC .It comprises of the following offices: The President, Vice President, secretary general, department of social activities, department of Arts and Culture , department of finance ,Department of public relations and web contents.

Mission

• To uphold the Constitution of TRNC and abide by rules and regulations of Eastern Mediterranean University.
• To represent and defend the interests and rights of all Zimbabweans in EMU.
  
• To promote our national culture, values, norms and beliefs.
• To encourage Zimbabweans in areas they can excel in: academic, sporting or entrepreneurship.
• To promote cooperation and friendship with other Student Societies.
• To promote national integration and not tolerate any form of descrimination.
